Tokyo World Festival – 17th September

Tokyo World festival takes place over two days in Bristol’s Eastville Park.

Day 1 – Saturday 17th September from 11:00 AM – 23:00.

Day 2 – Sunday 18th September from 11:00 AM – 23:00.

Tickets for Tokyo World will be sold in advance only, no tickets will be available on the door. Last Entry is at 5pm. The Gate Management will use their discretion under extreme circumstances for customers who sadly do not arrive before the gates close (limited due to Licence conditions). Once you leave the festival there can be no re-entry, this is a condition of our licence set by local Authorities.

For Adults (18+), photo ID will be required to gain entry, and you will need to purchase an Adult Ticket. Adult ticket holders are permitted to enter with two Minors. 
If you are 17, you will need to purchase a Minor Ticket, and in order to gain entry and attend you will need to be accompanied by an Adult (18+) in order to get entry. Please bring an ID or a picture of your ID as it will be asked upon entry. Under 17 are not permitted.

Music will begin from 12pm. All set times will be released and shared 48 hours before the festival gates open. We strongly advise arriving just before 12pm to avoid possible queue times. Adult ticket holders accompanied by a Minor please enter via the Red Lanes which will be clearly displayed – please ensure you use the Red Lanes ONLY. All Adult Ticket holders please enter via the Green Lanes only.

There will be Official After Parties for both Festival days taking place at Bristol’s Motion Nightclub. Tickets for the Afterparties Coming Soon. There will also be Tokyo World buses taking all customers from the festival site directly to the venue. The Afterparties are strictly over 18 only.

There is only one entrance point. This will also be the Exit Point during and after the Festival.
There will also be several Emergency Exits. These will be clearly signposted and only used in the event of an Emergency.
All bars will have card readers and contactless to take payments for drinks and we do advise you to bring a card with you to purchase food & drinks as we are a Cashless event
